Dubious rhymes

I've been thinking... If a teacher dared to teach infants any of the following traditional rhymes, he/she will be put straight onto the sex offenders' register for corrupting them with sexual innuendo:

Bobby Shafter went to sea,
Silver buckles on his knee.
He'll come back and marry me,
Pretty Bobby Shafter.
